CUSTOM PHOTO MAGNETS:
Where's my order?
Please see the email confirmation with tracking for your order. Processing time is 3-5 business days and shipping time is 3-5 business days. For large quantity orders (over 25 custom magnets), processing time is 5-10 business days and shipping time is 3-5 business days.
How do I upload my photos when ordering?
While on the add to cart page, you will see the photo upload buttons. You will not be able to add to cart unless photos have been uploaded. Please upload the amount of photos you are purchasing.
How many photos can I send?
You may send one photo per magnet ordered unless otherwise noted. For example:
3 Pack = up to 3 photos
6 Pack = up to 6 photos
12 Pack = up to 12 photos
You’re also welcome to repeat favorite photos.
What size are the magnets?
Our current size option we offer is 2.5"x3.5". You can pick photos in either landscape or portrait orientation.
Can I use the same photo on all magnets?
Absolutely! Many customers order multiples of the same image for party favors, gifts, save-the-dates, or business promotions.
Can I return custom magnets?
Because each order is personalized, custom magnets are non-refundable. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, we’ll work quickly to make it right.
Will my photo be kept private?
Yes. Your photos are only used to create your order and are never sold or shared.
Do colors look exactly like my screen?
Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and printing processes.
Are the magnets waterproof?
They are durable and wipeable, but we recommend indoor use and avoiding prolonged water exposure.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! Larger quantity orders often qualify for discounted pricing. We have included this pricing in our Large QTY Custom Photo Magnet Products.
VENDORS:
How do I apply to vend?
Complete the Vendor Application form on our website. All applications are reviewed to maintain a balanced and curated vendor mix. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
When will I know if I’m approved?
Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email along with a Stripe invoice to secure their booth space.
Is my booth space reserved once I apply?
No. Booth space is secured only after full payment is received following approval.
Are booth fees refundable?
Booth fees are non-refundable. The event operates rain or shine. Refunds are issued only in the case of state-declared emergency or severe weather preventing lawful operation.
What do I need to bring?
Outdoor vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and canopy. Indoor vendors must provide their own table. Electricity may be available depending on venue location and will be communicated prior to the event.
What time is setup and breakdown?
Vendors may begin setup one hour prior to event start time and must be fully set up before doors open. Breakdown begins after the event ends, with one hour allotted for cleanup.
Do I need insurance?
Insurance is not currently required. Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their products and operations.
Are food vendors allowed?
Cottage food vendors are permitted but must provide all required licenses and certifications and comply with applicable regulations.
What products are not allowed?
Weapons, illegal items, and offensive materials are strictly prohibited. Lotus Barn Co. reserves the right to require removal of unsuitable items.
What happens if I violate policies?
Lotus Barn Co. reserves the right to remove vendors from the event without refund for violations of event policies or disruptive conduct.
SHOPPERS & ATTENDEES:
Is there an admission fee?
No. Our events are free and open to the public.
Is the event rain or shine?
Yes. We operate rain or shine unless otherwise announced due to emergency conditions.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted unless they qualify as service animals under state law.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the premises.
Will there be food available?
Depending on the event, approved cottage food vendors may be present.
